The DC light board integrates three color light beads corresponding to different operating states of the charging column. Blue light indicates idle status, green light indicates charging in progress, and red light indicates equipment fault. The indicator logic aligns with universal charging pile operation norms, allowing on-site personnel and end users to identify equipment status at a glance without additional instruction. The light display mode can be adjusted according to the control logic of the charging pile motherboard to match different system settings.

All testing procedures follow unified internal production standards, and the testing equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of test results. For batch orders in commercial procurement, we can provide corresponding test reports according to client requirements. In addition, the product can be matched with our charging pile testing equipment for joint debugging before delivery, to ensure the matching effect with the charging control system.
